Arrived just before high tide. Small tide so sailable, but launching and landing was a bit tricky. Lots of cross chop on the wave. Struggled at first, then realised boom was a bit low, so a couple of cm sorted that and made a big difference. Took a while for the tide to turn. I thought the waves improved as the tide dropped back from the pebbles, even though the wind was more cross-shore by then, and I had a good session, getting a few dtl rides. Then wind picked up more and there was some good jumping to be had. Too much wind for me eventually so I called it a day. Great turn out - around 20 windsurfers on the water.
